In BELPRONTO company which represents the "FROM HAND TO HAND" trademark in Belarus implementation of Call center is complete.

In the conditions of the growing Belarusian market of advertizing BELPRONTO aims to be the most available to the clients, saving quality of the provided services. Constantly there is a finding solutions on optimization of acceptance of personals. With growth of mass reader's audience and development of additional services more effective remedy of control of processing of a flow of incoming calls was required. The company management approved the project on implementation of Call center of Infinity for acceptance and processing of personals. During the project jobs of call center operators were automated, mechanisms of distribution of calls and a call recording are configured.

Automation of telephone service allowed:

  • it is considerable to increase efficiency of acceptance of personals
  • process bigger quantity of calls
  • perform intellectual routing of calls
  • service calls to 'rush hours' even on condition of employment of all operators
  • perform monitoring of load of Call center in real time
  • reduce answering interval for clients

  • conduct collecting and the analysis of statistics on appeals to the company
