Faberlic and 1C signed the memorandum of cooperation in development of ERP solutions

On May 24, 2018 1C Company announced signing of the memorandum of cooperation in development of ERP solutions with Faberlic company. The signatures under the agreement were appended by the vice president of Faberlic company Vladislav Davankov and the director of 1C Company Boris Nuraliyev.

Before Faberlic used a foreign information system, but it ceased to cope with the growing managerial tasks at business development. It was succeeded to support the fivefold growth of business of the company thanks to the information system "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2", it allows to plan production in several directions at once. A system considers sales plans and deliveries of production components more than for a year. Implements strict requirements of accounting of the GMP standard for quality control of raw materials and finished goods. Using "1C:ERP" in the company production management more than 6000 product names is organized. The main distribution center (up to 700 million units of storage more than 25 thousand names) servicing deliveries to 40 countries of the world is automated. A system allowed to reduce twice labor input and to increase efficiency of formation of the management reporting. It was succeeded to detect and transform the internal processes constraining increase in turnovers of the company.

Faberlic plans further development of the information systems using standard solutions of 1C. For increase in efficiency of activity of the company due to use of ERP solutions, within the concluded memorandum, it is planned:

• exchange of experience of the organization of management of the distributed trade and logistic processes;
• study of development of architecture of information systems of Faberlic using functionality of "1C:ERP";
• further development of functionality of management of process production in "1C:ERP" taking into account experience of application of a system in Faberlic;
• study of perspective technologies of the Industry 4.0 for "Future Faberlic".
