Factory of kitchen completed implementation of WMS

The consulting company WillMore performs Warehouse Advanced system implementation based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV in Factory of Kitchen company.

Factory of kitchen is the unique project "Alphabets of Taste" which offers the clients semi-finished products and products, ready to the use, on quality which are not conceding to restaurant dishes. For implementation of ambitious goals new production using advanced technologies was constructed. Products of Catering establishment are distributed on shops of own network.

For ensuring operational and exact implementation of orders and also optimization of warehouse spaces and labor costs of personnel the decision on implementing solution for automation of the warehouse Warehouse Advanced was made, and as the partner it was invited by WillMore with which Alphabet of Taste cooperates many years. Besides, specialists of WillMore company have considerable experience of automation of warehouse activity.

Main objective of the project – optimization of warehouse spaces and labor costs of personnel for the realization account of the following tasks:

• Increase in speed and accuracy at a complete set of goods for a regrading exception;
• Obtaining exact information on location of goods in a warehouse;
• Optimization of use of warehouse spaces;
• Obtaining exact information on shortages and surpluses of goods, production work control;
• The operational complex and detailed statistics on work of a zone of an expedition;
• The detailed information on labor productivity by each employee of a warehouse for motivation of warehouse personnel.

Factory of kitchen was created for satisfaction of needs of exacting clients for quality and healthy food, and for us crucially to reduce delivery dates of products to the end consumer. For goods of a premium class the production volume which is 400 tons a month requires use not only the modern equipment, but also an information system which will provide active management of a warehouse. Project Results

On June 6, 2014 the WillMore Company announced project completion on automation of a warehouse on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform in Factory of Kitchen company.

For June 6, 2014 the project is complete, the company management locates specific digits and indicators by its results:

• Growth of volume of peak load by quantity of the collected positions three times;
• Reduction of regrading up to 95%;
• Reduction of number of employees of a warehouse for 5%.
