The Far East plant "Zvezda" implements EDMS

The management of the Far East plant "Zvezda" made the decision on implementation of electronic document management based on robotic Business Process Management Suite and the documents "E1 Euphrates".

At the plant the privacy mode is observed that puts special requirements to document flow. Having decided to introduce an electronic document management system, the plant's management stopped the choice on the E1 Euphrates system. The flexibility of setup of a system, the high level of security, free archive of document forms played a crucial role in the choice of an electronic document management system.

It is expected that in the project progress, process of registration of the entering and outgoing documents will be automated, the possibility of differentiation of access rights to documents depending on degree of their importance and confidentiality is implemented.
