2023: Add Dynamic Personal Offerings Module to Dynamika Front Office Solution
The company "Dynamics" supplemented the functionality of the Dynamika Front Office solution with a module of dynamic personal offers in the Far Eastern Bank. Cooperation between one of the banks in the Far East and Eastern Siberia with the Dynamics company started in 2021. During this time, a number of components of the Dynamika IT ecosystem were introduced into the bank's IT landscape, which allow us to digitize and increase the efficiency of services on the bank's front line.
Dynamic personal offers are products that are recommended for each customer individually based on segmentation. When working with a customer card, the operator receives on the screen a description of the specific proposals that he must make to the customer. This description includes the PTC of the product, the instruction for handling objections, and the field for fixing the reason for failure.
The implementation of the module helped the bank to form offers for customers without spending additional time and resource. In each personal proposal, it is possible to start the process of creating a transaction or fix a refusal. The Bank has automated results reporting to monitor the effectiveness of each campaign and customer response. The bank also got the opportunity to track the effectiveness of each branch based on the number of personal products sold and the reasons for failures, which operators now record in the front office, and managers can track in real time. The Bank has a tool with which it is possible to identify employees with low sales performance for additional training, as well as the best employees who can share their experience with colleagues.
Each client who comes to the office automatically, without the cost of an additional resource, selects 3-4 product offers that are most likely to interest him.
Personal offers helped the bank manage sales, monitor and analyze customer responses, and regulate sales priorities. The cooperation of Dynamics with the Far Eastern Bank continues and is aimed at both the development of existing and the introduction of new solutions. The bank expects that the new functionality will increase the volume of additional sales by 30%.
