Situation
The former information system of the company - Dominoes - developed since 2005 when the active growth of network only began. In process of development of the company, expansion of the range and significant increase in number of transactions, the functionality of a system ceased to satisfy needs of employees and the management. The large volume of transactions was executed manually, the management constantly faced delays in receiving necessary management information and also a large number of the errors arising at information exchange between several databases. Bystron came to that stage of development when for maintenance of controllability, new, more productive and functional information system became necessary for transparency and efficiency of network functioning.

Implementation
Automation of functions of head office of the company became a main goal of the project: managerial accounting, budgeting, purchases, pricing, merchandising, finance and other major functions were transferred to Microsoft Dynamics AX. Merchandising and all its components - key business process of the retailer therefore in the project the emphasis on increase in efficiency of each of links of this chain was placed. Especially important for Bystronom became process optimization of replenishment of trade inventories: the logistic model of the company provides direct deliveries from producers in shops that requires special control of their rhythm and volume.
Thanks to implementation "KORUS|Retail" were automated calculations of needs for goods, and the possibility of monitoring and manual correction of such calculations is also implemented. A system considers a set of specific indicators - from the nature of the product demand to an average term of delivery - and allows to minimize risk of excess overstocking or formation of deficit. Thanks to implementation of specific tools, the functionality of vendor relationship management was considerably expanded. There were possibilities of accurate control of observance of contractual conditions (at the prices, dates and time of deliveries) and permanent automatic monitoring of the current payments and debts. The circuit of the analytical reporting was automated on the basis of OLAP technology which performance allows to observe the main requirement of the industry – to provide fast processing of large volume of data. Thanks to implementation of this block the company management received the convenient tool for the expanded analysis and permanent monitoring of the current situation. Besides, specialists of Corus Consulting established relation of OLAP - the solution with specially developed budgeting block. It allowed specialists of Bystronom to create in only a few seconds the complete plan - component analysis on the basis of budget and planned targets.
Implementation of a new system fell on peak of an economic crisis. Despite difficult conditions, the project it was successfully complete, first of all, thanks to professionalism and the most active participation in the project of a command from the customer. Actually, IT specialists of Bystronom independently executed one of the most important tasks: as service of shops was decided to leave on an old system, forces of the customer wrote integration "KORUS|Retail" with the Dominoes system.
Transition to a new information system is always difficult process for the enterprise and users of a system. Therefore, commissioning "KORUS|Retail" was performed gradually: first of all, reference books, purchases and a payment system, and in the last - integration with shops and sales were started. It allowed to test carefully all processes and to prevent emergence of errors, to minimize risks of violation of smooth operation of the company.
Results
Implementing solution "KORUS|Retail" yeilded tangible results at once: the efficiency of work, transparency of business, availability of objective indicators of activity of the enterprise increased. Business processes of Bystronom are built in uniform, easy-to-control structure and ensure harmonious functioning of all divisions of the company. The scalability of a system will allow Bystrony aimed at active development, it is easy to increase both the number of users, and functionality.
