2024: Using Dbrain AI solutions
Fast.Auto, the Russian aggregator of financial products for the automotive market, together with the Russian developer of AI solutions Dbrain, has halved the process of issuing car loans and insurance policies in dealerships. Dbrain announced this on October 31, 2024. The introduction of AI has reduced the processing time for 43% applications and reduced operating costs: customers spend only 5 minutes on paperwork. Previously, F&I specialists had to manually enter data from passports, driver's licenses and SNILS. Such results were achieved thanks to recognition technology that can process documents in 5-10 seconds, automatically entering data into the database.
As of October 2024, all participants in the process and more than 50% of FAST applications use the technology. WTOs are created using the Dbrain service. Opportunities significantly speed up customer service, reduce the risk of errors by 30% and make the credit and insurance process more reliable. Dealership employees can now process more customer applications in less time, said Alexandra Ryzhakova, Product Development Director, FAST.Avto.

Dbrain AI technologies allow you to recognize any type of document with 99% accuracy and transfer ordered data to the customer's systems. Solutions support working with printed and handwritten text, signatures, seals, tables, checkboxes and handwritten marks. In addition, Dbrain recognition technology is able to check documents for signs of digital interference and find falsifications.
Most document recognition systems available do not cope with poorly scanned files or handwriting, resulting in errors and delays. Our solution can process any documents, even low-resolution scans or documents with fuzzy text. This is especially important for FAST customers, who process thousands of applications monthly, said Karina Butorina, sales-manager at Dbrain.
