Project Progress

The project begun at the end of summer of 2012 was complete in May, 2014. 43 jobs are as a result automated, software products are implemented:

  • 1C: Trade Management 8. Edition 11.1
  • 1C: Enterprise 8.CRM KORP. Edition 2.0
  • 1C-Rarus: PROF softphone. Edition 2
  • 1C: Accounting 8. Edition 3.0
  • 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8. Edition 2.5

Configurations "1C: Trade Management 8. Edition 11.1", "1C: Enterprise 8.CRM KORP. Edition 2.0" and "1C-Rarus: PROF softphone. Edition 2" are integrated into a uniform configuration in most of which of users work. In an automated system all processes of the enterprise are implemented, beginning from registration of contacts with clients, finishing with the statement of finance documents and reporting.

One of the main achievements is an automation of control functions business by processes. The subsystem of BPM (Business Process Management, business process management) of a configuration "1C: Enterprise 8.CRM KORP is implemented. Edition 2.0". At implementation of business process management the existing business processes of the enterprise were studied, completion and reorganization of business processes for more effective automation is executed. Were developed and entered into an automated system of the routemap of business processes. As a result all divisions of the enterprise are connected among themselves within accomplishment of functions in the general business processes.

Result

Trial operation of a new system is complete in May, 2014. Complex automated information system which includes is as a result implemented:

  • customer relationship management (CRM)
  • business process management (BPM)
  • management of placement of outdoor advertizing
  • management of advertizing on video screens and sound advertizing in shops
  • accounting of the movement Inventories
  • accounting of OS
  • accounting of production of ad publications
  • accounting of cash flow
  • accounting of settlement with partners
  • accounting of income and expenses, calculation of a financial result by activities
  • accounting and tax accounting
  • personnel records and payroll
