Federal Center of Project Financing, FTsPF (1C:VDGB: Accounting)

Implementation of the 1C:VDGB software product is complete: Accounting for non-profit organization (NPO) in the FTsPF Training center for the automated conducting accounting and tax accounting on 1C: Enterprise platform 8

Based on implementation of industry solution of 1C:VDGB: Accounting for non-profit organization 1C specialists: VDGB was carried out automation of accounting and tax accounting of NPO "FTsPF training center".

Implementation of the 1C:VDGB program: Accounting for non-profit organization (NPO) helped to automate the following sections of accounting and tax accounting in NPO "FTsPF training center":

• maintaining list of financing sources of non-profit organization;
• separate accounting of all economic operations on financing sources;
• the mechanism of conducting economic transactions at the expense of the distributed (compound) financing sources when wiring should share in proportion to structure of a source;
• control of a funds expenditure on financing sources;
• performing different charges and contributions;
• maintaining the 20th account the Main production by two sub-accounts: "Costs on business activity" and "Costs on non-commercial activity";
• the cost accounting on the 26th account and its closing into the 86th account;
• detailed analytical accounting on account 86 Target financings and receipts in two cuts: "Item of expenditure and receipts" and Financing sources;
• possibility of acceptance of the VAT to offset or inclusion in cost of the purchased objects;
• features of accounting of fixed assets, accounting of OS and charge of wear;
• planning with a different periodization (month, quarter, year) and a possibility of comparison of planned and actual receipts and expenses.

The client of NPO "FTsPR training center" after end of system implementation of 1C was signed on regular service of 1C:ITS. Specialists of "1C:VDGB" carry out the following works:

• program installation of 1C:VDGB: Accounting for NPO;
• setup of parameters of an information system;
• elementary education of users of 1C.
