Federal Customs Service (recording system of vehicles)

The Asteros company develops and implements the system fixing all stages of customs procedures at registration of vehicles and goods for FCS of Russia.

Background

For the purpose of quality improvement and efficiency of service of participants of foreign economic activity, FCS of Russia the decision on creation of a centralized system of support of customs procedures on border check-points was made.

Implementation

Specialists of Asteros carried out the analysis of processes of a customs clearance. Based on this work a system which fixes all stages of customs procedures at registration of vehicles and goods was developed and implemented.

Results

A system covers:

• GNIVC FCS of Russia
• 7 regional customs authorities
• 17 customs departments
• 64 border check-points (it is in the long term going to connect to it 50 more border check-points)

"System implementation allowed to accelerate passing of customs formalities on border check-points and brought them to qualitatively new level.
