At project implementation the following software products were used: GISWARE (Ingit), Microsoft Framework 2.0, C#, C ++, Microsoft© SQL Server© 2005, Microsoft Windows Server 2008.

Project objective – creation of the convenient tool for information support of solving of tasks of management of the federal district and preparation of information and analytical materials on different socio-economic indexes of activity of the federal district.

GIS PPP allows to perform collecting and to visualize indicators of activity of the federal district in different spheres: education, health care, demography, economy, protest activity of the population, political preferences, events of technogenic character and so on.

A system helps the persons making decisions to analyze huge information streams about a situation in the federal district in a visual type, convenient for perception.

Touch control

A system is adapted to use on touch devices, for example, on an electronic table of ITable of development NEOLANT.
