On September 27, 2021 it became known that the service of special communication and informatsiifederalny security service of Russia (Sepetssvyaz of the FSO) is ready to spend to 2.09 million rubles for acquisition of licenses rossiyskoysubd Postgres Pro Enterprise of the Postgres Professional company.

This amount is billed as the initial maximum contract price in the Special Communications thematic tender. It was announced on September 23, 2021 in the format of an electronic auction. Applications from applicants will be accepted until October 4. Bidding is scheduled for October 6. The winner will have 14 calendar days to fulfill the contract.

The customer requires four indefinite licenses for FSTEC-certified versions of the specified product "per x86-64 core."

There is no equivalent to the terms of the tender. Guided by the requirements of the procurement legislation, the customer notes that the trademark of a particular software is explicitly spelled out in the documentation "due to the need to ensure the compatibility of the purchased software with the software already used by the customer."
