Rosstat will create DPC and will count resources of an agrarian complex of the Russian Federation

On March 22, 2016 it became known of the project of creation of DPC for Rosstat for 187 million rub^[1].

Project Tasks

In plans of Rosstat construction of DPC for carrying out the All-Russian agricultural census. For the first time for the last 10 years in the course of the action data on the enterprises of the agrarian and agricultural sector, farms and seasonal dachas of the country will be collected. The census will take place in 2016.

Office of Rosstat (2014)

The Prime Group company became the contractor. It will construct DPC for 186.8 million rubles.

Completion of all works should happen no later than December 31, 2016.

Temporary DPC

The tender documentation defines regulations of delivery of servers and workstations for processing of collected data in Rosstat - in the III-IV quarters 2016. It became the reason for the customer - to create temporary DPC, and then and permanent.

The temporary DPC will be organized on virtual servers of the customer using the system and application software, a local computer network.

For permanent DPC where it is necessary to organize the automated jobs, the customer will give to the contractor database servers and applications, storage systems, switches, uninterruptible power supply units, server cabinets, workstations, list devices. Vendors of the specific equipment are not mentioned in documentation.

In the list of the provided resources the server software:

• OS Microsoft Windows Server 2012R2 Enterprise Edition 64 bit,
• DBMS Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Enterprise Edition 64 bit;
• backup system
• software for record of DVD disks.

As a part of software for workstations:

• MS Windows OS 8.1
• Standard Edition Microsoft Office office suite 2013.

The coefficient of availability of DPC should make not less than 99% for time of action of the government contract.
