Inkom carried out implementation of the Single unified mail system to FTS

On February 5, 2018 the company "Inkoma" announced project completion on creation and implementation of the Single Unified Mail System (SUMS) on the platform of the joint communications CommuniGate Pro in interests Federal Tax Service Russian Federation (FTS Russia). The project was implemented in a short time, and transition was performed without interruption of work of service e-mail in FTS. The implemented system is expected 150,000 users and set virtual in the environment of Data processing center FTS on two territorially spaced platforms.

EUPS was projected for the purpose of centralization of management and implementation of uniform standards of use of means of personal communications and also replacement morally and technically outdated distributed mail system. The architecture of EUPS was developed proceeding from requirements of high availability, otkazo-and disaster tolerance.

The functionality of the solution includes:

• Internal and external exchange of e-mail.
• Scheduling.
• Exchange between employees instant messages.
• IP telephony.
• Storage and enciphering of files.
• Mobile and remote access, web interface.

The CommuniGate Pro platform is entered in the Unified register of the Russian programs for electronic computers and databases and also has the certificate of conformity of FSTEC of Russia.
