The Stins Coman company completed the project on creation of the concept of the information system "Electronic Permit" for Federal Tourism Agency (Rostourism).
"The electronic permit" will become the rule of the state guarantees of protection of the rights of tourists and also collecting of statistical data about tourist flows. Compensation of the suffered losses in full, in cases of bankruptcy of travel agencies and non-renderings of the paid tourist's services will be provided to tourists. And tour operators, in turn, will have an opportunity to support financial provision of the obligations depending on the number of the implemented and implementable tours.
