The Federal Agency for State Reserves changes EDMS

On November 8, 2016 the Digital Design company announced a victory in an open competition on maintenance and development of functionality of an electronic document management system of Federal Agency for State Reserves (Rosrezerv).

Project Tasks

The contractor should replace EDMS of the customer of Documentum with the Priority system of documentary management (SDM). According to plans of the customer, a system will provide complex automation of work with documents of responsibles and the management of Rosrezerv.

Project objective - to provide legally significant document flow in EDMS and to increase convenience of its use. A system should conform to the modern technology level, requirements of regulatory legal acts, in particular Federal Law No. 149 "About information, information technologies and on data protection" of 7/27/2006, Federal Law No. 63 "About the electronic signature" of 4/6/2011, Federal Law No. 125 "About archiving in the Russian Federation" of 10/22/2004, Federal Law No. 59 "About an order of consideration of citizens' appeals of the Russian Federation" and others.

By means of EDMS it is necessary to automate processes of registration, the schedule of resolutions and execution of documents, document flow between structural divisions of Rosrezerv, reporting and archive storage of documentation. A system will provide control of performing discipline, centralized operation with the normative reference information.

SDU "Priority" will be integrated with the system of interdepartmental electronic document management of federal executive authorities for exchange of documents in the MEDO 2.7 format. Its interaction with the Citizens' appeals system of the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation on work with citizens' appeals and the organizations will be provided. Besides, SDU "Priority" should be integrated with departmental e-mail and the official site of Rosrezerv for operational processing of citizens' appeals.

For specialists of Rosrezerv the special workplace of "an automated workplace of the user" will be implemented (desktop-client) which visual interface will provide convenience of work of employees with a system. The works are going to be completed until the end of 2016.
