"The federation of handball of Russia" processes personal data in Cloud4Y "cloud"

On July 28, 2017 the Cloud4Y company announced provision of services on placement of personal data in "Federal Law 152 Cloud" of the all-Russian public organization "Federation of Handball of Russia".

The product "Federal Law 152 Cloud" from Cloud4Y "The federation of handball of Russia" allows to store and process necessary for work personal data in absolutely isolated environment. PDN are protected using the means of protecting certified by FSTEC of Russia from unauthorized access. Data which are transferred on communication channels from terminals of the organization to the network interface of the virtual machine are ciphered using the means of cryptographic information protection (MCIP) certified by FSB of Russia. In general the complex of organizational and technical measures Cloud4Y provides due protection of the rights and freedoms of the person when processing his personal data.

According to the CEO of Cloud4Y Nikolay Fokin, a part of specifics of the Russian cloud market is connected with komlayens-function (Compliance is compliance to requirements).

The problem of ensuring compliance in IT existed always, however in the current conditions it is one of priorities. Personal data processing according to the law requires understanding of specifics of personal data protection on 152-FZ and 242-FZ. Cloud4Y acts as the person who is responsible for processing of PDN at the request of the operator. The solution "Federal Law 152 Cloud" exempts the operator of PDN from capital costs of creation and ownership of the protected IT infrastructure.
