On October 7, 2013 the Artayti Consulting company declared project completion of system implementation of input and document handling on the ABBYY Recognition Server platform.

Project Progress

Working within a complex implementation project, the company Artayti Consulting created the software solution for integration EDMS Docsvision with the accounting system SAP and the automation system of processes of input and document handling ABBYY Recognition Server. Within this approach automatic recognition of barcodes and placement of documents from stream scanners in electronic archive is implemented.

Significant increase in processing speed of documents, acceleration of terms of report generation and providing data on a request and also high-quality improvement of communication between departments became effect of implementation. The annual amount of the documents passing through a system – about 10 thousand documents of the general document flow and 600 thousand primary consignment. The project it is complete within 4 months.
