Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company implemented in Ferrum LLC company a system for control of work of sales managers, registration of all contracts with clients, operational tracking of trade operations and accounting. Specialists of "BITS" installed in the company the programs "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Trade Management 8" and "BIT:CRM 8", configured data exchange between these solutions.

The Ferrum LLC company specializes in supply of cleaning materials, individual protection equipment, fabrics and hoz. goods. The enterprise offers the cleaning, sorted rags made by washing and method of cleaning of previously processed consumer waste. Ferrum LLC is an official distributor of Ivvtortekstil LLC company in the Volga Federal District.

In the company the 1C: Accounting 7.7 program was used. With development of the enterprise there was a need for automation of operational and management accounting, the analysis and planning of trade operations. For the solution of these tasks programs of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system were selected.

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) became the partner of Ferrum LLC in business process automation. Specialists of "BITS" transition on "1C: Accounting 8", for conducting accurate operational accounting and automation of process of customer interaction was the 1C: Trade Management 8 programs and "by BIT:CRM 8" are implemented.

Automation results

The program "BIT:CRM 8" allowed to increase considerably quality of tinning of clients and to make work of managers of more effective.

The following tasks are automated:

  • ranging and segmentation of clients on the got profit, order amount and other parameters;
  • manage loading of managers, appointing tasks and controlling their accomplishment;
  • monitor contacts with clients and actions of managers at all stages of the transaction;
  • control a status of settlement with clients, etc.

The created information system allows to receive the broad picture of economic indicators and economic characteristics of activity of the company. Business process automation and customer relationship managements promoted improvement of service quality and growth of sales volume.
