Financial management of the Tambov region implemented means of protecting of data

On April 3, 2017 the Keysystems Security company announced project completion of implementation of information security tools Finansib and a cloud service of Alfadoc in IT infrastructure of Financial management of the Tambov region.

Project Tasks

For risk reduction and protection of the processed information the management of Financial management of the Tambov region announced competition on the organization of an information security system. The tender won the Keysystems Security research and production center of Keysystems group.

Project objective - the information security support of a management system for public finance of the Tambov region meeting requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of data protection.

Project Progress

Within the project the information security system Finansib is created.

Specialists of the contractor booked expert audit of the Customer. After the analysis of information systems developed technical specifications on creation of a subsystem of protection and created technical documentation.

According to the results of formation of the work documentation the information security system was created, the software and information security tools from unauthorized access, the sensor of threats and the analysis of security, antivirus protection are set and put into operation.

Project Results

The information system of Financial management of the Tambov region is brought into accord with the requirements approved by Order of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 676. According to the results of works certification of information systems on compliance to requirements for security of information is carried out, certificates are issued.

Within the Management project connected to an online service of Alfadoc to develop sets of organizational and administrative and technical documentation on the personal data protection and information processed in the state information system. It allowed to automate updating of documentation in organization, so always to be in complete readiness for checks of Roskomnadzor, FSB and FSTEC of Russia.

Specialists of the company within two weeks organized an information security system and the personal data processed in our financial body and issued certificates of compliance of information systems that confirms accomplishment of necessary requirements of the legislation in the field of data protection.
