2023: Transfer to electronic consignment notes over 90% of flights

PEC transferred more than 90% of its flights to electronic invoices. SKB Kontur announced this on October 2, 2023.

By the end of 2023, the company plans to complete the transition to electronic document management and connect more than 400 carrier partners to work. This will allow PEC to increase the number of ETRNs by another 65%, to 5 thousand per day. According to the operator EDO SKB Kontur, in May-August, twice as many companies switched to electronic waybills than in the same period in 2022.

In June-August, the company transferred 92% of flights involving the Avto-PEK cargo fleet (part of the PEK group of companies) to electronic waybills. For four incomplete months, the multiservice operator has issued more than 22 thousand. ETRN in 86 branches throughout Russia. Since the second half of September, PEC has been issuing 3,000 electronic documents per day.

As of October 2023, the company works according to a scenario in which it acts as a shipper and consignee, the carrier in this case is Avto-PEK.

Since the beginning of September, more than 10% of transport partners have already switched to ETRN together with PEC.

For example, since the transition to electronic format, PEC has halved the time for issuing waybills and accelerated the process of exchanging documents between all participants in the supply chain.

By the end of the year, the company plans to transfer more than 90% of flights throughout Russia to EDO in cargo transportation. This will allow PEC to issue 5 thousand invoices per day.
