On November 18, 2020 it became known that the experiment of Ministry of Transport on use of the electronic way bill and electronic waybill which lasted month is complete. During this time PEK issued 160 way bills and 50 waybills. Within a month the transport and logistic provider daily tested use electronic the way bill (Etrn) and the waybill (EPL) on five routes: from Moscow in the direction of Penza, Voronezh, Nizhny Novgorod, Belgorod and Veliky Novgorod.

Within the experiment of PEK fulfilled all planned scenarios of cargo transportation: classical transportation "the consignor – the consignee", transportation with replacement of the driver in run and also transportation option with replacement of a point of unloading on a route. As it was explained, from October 1 to October 30, 2020 transport companies, supervisory authorities and operators of electronic document management (EDO) interacted within the experiment of Ministry of Transport. Process of control of ETRN and EPL on posts of Rostransnadzor is fulfilled. Electronic data were available to both drivers, and the staff of supervising department, Magomed Gasanov emphasized. He also added that the staff of Federal State Unitary Enterprise Zashchitainfortrans which is responsible for technical support of a system quickly reacted to all signals of participants of an experiment. The configured communication channels allowed to resolve quickly all arising issues. PEK will create the package of proposals according to the results of an experiment of Ministry of Transport.

According to Magomed Gasanov, the additional attention is required by the equipment: the tablets or mobile phones used by carrier in the course of transportation of a load. It is necessary to provide a situation with potential damage of the device of the driver when loading and to develop the step-by-step action plan, the head of service of transport logistics of PEK specified. PEK also noted some nuances connected with the organization of process. So, according to regulations it is necessary to sign documents with the qualified electronic signature (QES) of carrier at the time of receiving a load, prior to the movement of run. But quite often runs "start" at night that complicates an operational design of QES by carrier.

The second question to which it is worth paying attention, non-automated process of change of data on the drivers and vehicles participating in an experiment. As changes were made by different employees manually and not always timely, a part of runs "was rejected" because of mismatch of data in the different systems.
