Remote services for individuals – new service of the First Republic Bank

Since October 25, 2010 the First Republic Bank began to provide to the clients individuals new service - the Remote Banking (RB). Now clients will be able in convenient time without visit to Bank to receive via the Internet or by phone up-to-date information about a status of the accounts, deposits and the credits and also far off to make payments and transfers.

The Online.PRB Internet bank of the First Republic Bank is developed based on the complete solution for the organization of remote banking of individuals - "By RBS BS-Client. Private Client" BSS Companies. The broad functionality of the Online.PRB system was provided during the project of integration of the RBS system with the accounting systems of bank and external payment systems.

In May, 2011 the First Republic Bank started the new version of the Internet bank system.

Achievements

Together with change of design the functionality of Internet bank is added:

• the possibility of implementation of transactions of the client with the set frequency (permanent instructions) is provided that exempts clients from need of repeated formation of orders;
• the possibility of viewing information on bank cards of the client which was unavailable in the previous implementation is implemented;
• safety of performing transactions in a system is significantly increased, functions the improving used means of protecting are added.
