2025: Streamlining the Chinese Supply Process

The Fix Price network has updated its internal IT service for working with labeled products from Chinese suppliers. Fix Price announced this on December 25, 2025.

The Fix Price network actively cooperates with suppliers from China. All goods imported by them must meet the norms and requirements of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the laws of the countries of the network's presence. Marking helps to control this compliance .

For labeling, the retailer's employees and their Chinese partners use the Fix Price-developed IT service, an update of which helped optimize the supply process.

The updated version of the IT service provides intelligent process control already at the initial stage of the distribution chain for both the retailer and its partners in China. Now Fix Price receives information from suppliers about the status of the product brand and about each delivery in real time.

The updated service organized the joint online work of the company's teams and partners. This allows you to fully synchronize actions, providing flexible control over container shipping and article handling.

As early as December 2025, the company can track the direct results of updating the IT service for business:

  • Reduced the number of errors at the stage of formation of supplies and potential costs when accepting goods in Fix Price warehouses
  • Minimized potential risks of customs failure due to incorrect data
  • Routine activities are automated
  • Increased speed and accuracy of important delivery processes
  • Information for decision-making has become more transparent

We focus on maintaining end-to-end visibility of processes. We will continue to develop the project - at the same time, we already see, among other things, the economic results of optimizing supplies, which allow us to reduce costs, which is especially important for the fixed price network, "said Andrey Golovkin, CEO of CPT, Fix Price general contractor for IT.
