2021: Implementation of Set Loyalty coupon service

On July 21, 2021, Fix Price, a chain of fixed-price stores, announced the introduction of the Set Loyalty coupon service in cash register software.

The service allows you to generate and store unique coupons on the server, as well as print them on a check and automatically redeem them when customers use the network during the next purchases.

"This solution allows us to implement additional marketing activities, which, in turn, enable network customers to shop at even lower prices. The functionality works simply, due to which it is popular with our customers: everything that is required of them to receive a coupon for additional benefit is to make a purchase for a certain amount and not forget to take a check. The simple mechanics of issuing a coupon allows you to quickly serve customers without creating queues. It is important to note: already on the example of pilot actions, we see that the implemented functionality has a positive impact on the level of the average check, "said Victoria Smirnova, director of the marketing department of Fix Price.

The coupon service fully works on cash registers even offline, the cash desk recognizes new coupons without failures and delays, blocking their repeated use when redeemed. The developer and integrator of the solution is CSI (Crystal Service Integration).

As of July, the Set Loyalty coupon service was put into productive operation in all Fix Price stores in the Russian Federation (more than 4220 outlets in 78 regions of the country). It is planned to introduce functionality in foreign stores of the network.
