2022: Competence Center Construction Plan

The Roselectronics holding of Rostec State Corporation on August 16, 2022 announced that, with the support of the administration of the Chelyabinsk region and in cooperation with Moselectronproekt, it would begin construction of a competence center that would develop new civilian products, including equipment for the modernization of civil and experimental aviation airfields.

The corresponding cooperation agreement was signed by the Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region Alexei Teksler, General Director of the Chelyabinsk Radio Plant Polet (part of Roselectronics) Alexander Nesterov and General Director of Moselectronproekt Alexei Troshin.

I am sure that the signing of this agreement will be a big step forward in the direction in which the Chelyabinsk Radio Plant "Flight" specializes. I hope that in the near future we will be able to create new products with the help of this competence center, - said the Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region Alexei Teksler.

The construction of the competence center of the PRZ "Flight" is planned to be deployed on the territory of the Chelyabinsk region in the industrial park "Malaya Sosnovka."

Investments in the project are estimated at 2 billion rubles, the number of jobs created is at least 800. All preparatory procedures have already been completed, and with the support of the regional administration and Moselectronproekt, we plan to start construction by the end of 2022, "said Alexander Nesterov, General Director of the Polet HRZ.

The development of the Malaya Sosnovka industrial park in the Chelyabinsk region began in 2022. The park with an area of ​ ​ more than 110 hectares is located 2 km from Chelyabinsk within the boundaries of the Sargazinsky rural settlement of the Sosnovsky district. The total investment of residents in the region's economy is about 4 billion rubles, the number of jobs created is about 1.7 thousand.
