Content

The Intersoft company completed implementation of the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 software product in Food Technologies company.

Start

Growth of a branch network, staff increase and increase in sales volumes led to the fact that the former accounting system ceased to conform to requirements to conducting management accounting at the enterprise. The new system of complex automation allowing to integrate branches and the head company in a uniform information structure was required. The choice of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 was caused by the fact that this software product allowed to automate planning of production volumes and sales, to quickly prepare the reporting. At the same time a system was simple and convenient in use that it was also important for the management of Pishchevye tekhnologii LLC. The partner in the project it is selected by NPVF Intersoft LLC.

Solution

Within three months since the beginning of the project 60 jobs are automated, at the moment the quantity of the automated jobs is brought to 140.

System innovations:

  • The efficiency of work of sales department is increased. Managers can cover one look all necessary information on buyers, including the statuses on payment, shipment of goods and closing of documents, to quickly reserve goods, to custom-make all necessary transactions, to quickly obtain data on stock balance.

  • Interruptions in deliveries and disproportion of goods and materials in warehouses are excluded, expenses on management of logistics are cut down. A system allows purchasing department to obtain quickly all information on vendor interaction, to analyze requirements and internal orders of branches and buyers and also to manage warehouse providing branches, including to create an order of movement of goods.

  • Time and labor costs on preparation of the regulated reporting are reduced. Accounting and tax accounting according to requirements of the legislation and standards of Pishchevye tekhnologii LLC is completely automated.

The director of Pishchevye tekhnologii LLC Stepanova Natalya Nikolaevna estimated project deliverables: "Implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 allowed us to simplify and reduce paper work considerably. For today time of formation of different reports was reduced almost twice. We can evenly distribute loading of production and ship goods to clients to shorter terms. Interaction with branches also considerably became simpler. The number of the conflicts was reduced because of goods delays in delivery. All this favorably affected activity of the company in general, performance increased, cost value decreased, profitability of our enterprise increased. The customer loyalty also considerably raised".

Result

Automation allowed company management to plan more precisely equipment production volumes, to reduce production time for 20%, to reduce cost value by 10% and to reduce time of turnover of stock balance for 15%. The company got a number of competitive advantages and could strengthen positions in the market.
