Forafarm implements the enterprise management automation system

The Navicon integrator implemented the project of complex automation on the 1C Platform of management of manufacturing plants 8 for the Russian distributor of parapharmaceutical products of Forafarm Trading House company, the press service of integrator reported on July 2, 2013.

Start

Before implementation of 1C of management of manufacturing plants the 8th customer company used a system of accounting of trade operations – the SCYTHIAN, not conforming to new requirements for a scope of functional units and business processes. Besides, taking into account the active growth of business very sharply there was a question of fast scalability of a system.

A choice for benefit of 1C was made after the analysis of functional characteristics of the platform and its compatibility with the subsystems which are already operating in the company. The choice of the IT consultant is carried out during the tender which was won by Navicon company. Acquaintance to future project team became the important factor which influenced the positive solution of the customer.

Solution

The 1C system of management of manufacturing plants 8 is implemented on the last technology developments of 1C Company. The implemented system processes about 3 thousand orders a day, at the same time more than 1 thousand active transactions are processed at the time of the greatest loading. In connection with the high requirements to system performance, during the project the separate team of optimizers from among the staff of Navicon is selected, each of which has the certificate of 1C: Expert.

For ensuring effective interaction of a large number of employees in project teams on both sides, on the 1C Platform a service system is developed that allowed to store all versions of project documents in uniform base, to plan and control accomplishment of all types of project works. A service system was used as the project working tool, both the contractor, and the customer.

In the implemented system AJ (the automated jobs) which more than 20 as a result were developed, for different divisions of the customer actively are used.
