Forstadt Bank has implemented a loan pipeline for individuals from FIS

Forstadt Bank launched a loan pipeline for individuals based on the business application designer - the no-code of the FIS Platform. This was announced on December 14, 2023 by FIS.

The created solution fully supports the end-to-end lending process, from issuing an application to issuing a loan, and contains all the necessary program modules: "Credit Cards," "Consumer Credit (with and without collateral)" and "Mortgage."

The implementation of the solution allowed the bank to use a wide range of credit pipeline opportunities: from a credit calculator with a consulting function, to a system for making decisions on issuing a loan and preparing a process for concluding a loan agreement with an individual.

As of December 2023, the solution is integrated with the bank's ABS, making it possible to quickly find a client in the system, receive dossiers, create and update profiles, as well as create credit transactions and interact with credit bureaus. The system allows you to flexibly configure user workplaces, providing quick access to the desired tasks and monitoring performance indicators.

Implementation of FIS The credit pipeline made it possible to expand the digitalization and unification of retail lending workflows in cooperation with one of the major vendors. We are confident that thanks to high-tech development, consistent digitalization and improvement of processes, the development of retail lending to the bank will be in growth dynamics. The flexibility and versatility of the FIS Platform - the platform on which the solution is based - will also give us the opportunity to further independently make changes to the configuration of business applications based on it and develop solutions in accordance with current tasks. said Vera Strelchuk, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Forstadt Bank.

The project was made on the basis of a boxed solution for lending to individuals FIS. Within 6 months, we implemented the base product. In the future, within six months, a number of important improvements were made to the specific requirements of the bank, taking into account individual processes. As of December 2023, the solution is operated in industrial mode and is accompanied by FIS. The employees of Forstadt Bank have been trained and in the future plan to independently deal with the configuration and development of the system with the support of our company. Also, the plans for the development of comprehensive bank automation include the introduction of a CRM module, work on the bank's front office, implementation of functionality for passport recognition and much more, told the managing partner of FIS Kirill Pivovarov.
