Korus Consulting introduces K-Team intranet for Forte Home Gmbh

Korus Consulting specialists have implemented the K-Team intranet for Forte Home Gmbh in a month. The platform has become a single point of access to internal services and information, united the team and simplified work with document management. Corus Consulting announced this on January 30, 2024.

Forte Home GmbH supplies Russia countries CIS water heating, heating and pumping equipment under the brands Oasis, Halsen, Zerten, Alecord to the market. In 2023, the number of employees of the organization increased by 33%, 15 new branches were opened. For communication, there was not enough single platform that would inform employees about the company's news and help solve personnel issues. An important criterion when choosing IT a contractor is the presence of a boxed solution with relevant functionality, a fixed cost and the possibility of refinement for individual business needs.

For implementation, we chose the K-Team intranet platform - a finished product from KORUS Consulting based on Bitrix24. The solution creates a digital environment for employees to communicate, helps automate personnel processes, and provides tools for collaboration and task management.

Over the month, KORUS Consulting specialists completed the basic implementation of the portal, developed an interface design in accordance with the company's brand book, and also synchronized the organization structure and the list of users on the portal with data from Active Directory.

As a result of the project, Forte Home Gmbh has a single information space that made it possible to unite a distributed team. Employees are already actively using the implemented intranet and online services - the "Tasks and Projects" section is especially popular. It helps to set and control the execution of tasks of any complexity. The KORUS Consulting team continues to develop the portal, and plans to provide technical support for the solution.
