"Foxtrot. The equipment for the house" started EDMS in the pilot mode

In the company "Foxtrot. The equipment for the house" the pilot project of system implementation of DocsVision is complete. For project implementation the Infopulse company was selected.

Due to the development of the company there was a need of consolidation of corporate information, a flexible management tool approval and terms of accomplishment of administrative documents. There was not enough functionality of the used solution on document storage.

A new system had to provide effective management of business processes of the enterprise, timely access for employees to information with a possibility of remote work with electronic documents.

Works were conducted in several stages. At the first stage requirement analysis, predjyavlemy to a system was revealed. Solution deployment in the planned configuration became the second stage. At the third stage specialists of integrator passed to transfer of the available documents from the Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 system and Microsoft Office application of Excel. A final part of implementation included creation and automation of key business processes of the organization.

Now a system is started in several divisions of the company the pilot mode. In a system about 100 employees of the company work.
