Content

On July 16, 2018 The First BIT company announced automation of accounting of collecting of berries, fruit and production processes of products from them for Fragariya LLC. For the solution of a task was the 1C:ERP system and own development on the 1C Platform is used.

"The first BIT" developed the module for accounting of collecting of berries on the 1C Platform — berries are weighed on mobile office directly in the field. Data retrieveds automatically get to a system.

Project Tasks

When in 2017 in Yagodnye polya LLC — the company entering about Fragariya agroholding — the garden wild strawberry already blossomed, its management invited First BIT to automate fast collecting of the first harvest. During a season about 100 tons of berries a day gather, and it would be impossible to consider such volume without a reliable and convenient system. It was necessary that directly in the field on mobile office it was possible to weigh collected fruits and to quickly enter the acquired information into the system.

At that time construction of the plant on shock freezing of berries and fruit was already conducted, and it was necessary to start automation of accounting, tax, personnel and production accounting at the plant under construction at once. In December, 2017 when the plant was going to be put into operation, a full-fledged system had to work. Already during the project the company looked for the director of production. It was found in December, i.e. problem definition went "on a situation".

Work progress

The module managed to be developed and implemented in one and a half months to be in time to harvesting in 2017. After implementation specialists of First BIT started industrial automation of products at the plant under construction. Automated accounting, personnel and production records based on the solution "1C:ERP". By the beginning of a season of 2018 the module of collecting of berries was improved taking into account experience of last work.

In 2018 in the territory of fields mobile communication 3G was unrolled, and specialists of the First BIT configured work through the RDP protocol that data appeared in a system in real time.

The production site of Fragariya LLC officially began the work in 2017, and we expect to make 8 thousand tons of finished goods a year — frozen by a shock method on European technologies of berries and fruit. At the same time a part of raw materials is already grown up on own 50 Hectares of fields. We did not find in the market a suitable system for automation of collecting of berries therefore specialists who will be able to configure accounting "from scratch" were necessary for us. For industrial automation the 1C:ERP system therefore the decision to develop the necessary module also on the 1C Platform was made was selected.

Feature of implementation of "1C:ERP" was the fact that the project started when production was not started yet — Fragariya only built the plant and created processes together with consultants of Ukraine, Germany and Italy, and specialists of the First BIT in parallel automated them.

"The first BIT" began works with accounting. Automation of the accounting having accurate regulations helped to reduce uncertainty at the beginning of the project. Also it allowed to know better features of the customer for further work on industrial automation.

Difficulties

During the project there was a funny thing to scales. They were integrated with a system, and at the time of weighing they transferred the acquired information to the database. When testing at office of First BIT and demonstration at office of Fragariya scales worked as it was required. However in the field scales ceased to show weight. As it appeared, the steady surface which, at the same time, provided result accuracy was necessary for the device for stable work. In the field scales stood in the automobile trailer which fluctuated also from steps of the person, and from wind. Specialists of First BIT as a result managed to solve a problem — they implemented the function transferring scales to work in the test mode allowing to weigh on the unstable platform. It influences measuring accuracy, but measurements showed that the received error is not critical in this situation.

Project Results

The main participants of process are collectors of berries, collect fruits in boxes on which their unique number is written. The foreman checks quality of strawberry and sends a container complete of berries to mobile office for weighing.

The mobile office for weighing is developed directly in the field — from the equipment on it only the notebook with the installed module and the scales integrated with a system. Boxes with berry are weighed, and data automatically get to a system. The operator enters into system number of the collector, batch number, weight and a sort of berries. Thus, in a system there is all necessary information to consider raw materials for further production, to calculate salary to the employees, to estimate the volume of the picked berries.

Process automation at the time of their formation bore many risks — production seldom works in accuracy as it was initially planned. But constructive interaction with employees of the customer and consultants helped to avoid unsolvable problems.

The production process, as of July, 2018, looks so: fruits arrive on the plant and undergo quality control, sorting. The selected berries and fruit come to workshop of cutting where are cut on cubes. After that semi-finished products pass three stages: coolings, crystallization at-5 C and deep freezing at-18 C. All process takes 2-2.5 hours.

If within change the crew manages to carry out all three production phases, then in a system only finished product output is reflected. If by the end of day process is not fully completed, then the semi-finished products which remained by the end of change are reflected. Completely automated accounting allows to receive from a system reports on production, the most applicable, on a response of the customer is a report on production and the analysis of cost value.

Orders for production are made out in Excel so far, but in the program all necessary for their design is ready. When the staff of the company has resources on preparation of the reference information, the document will be processed in a system. Then in "1C:ERP" it will be possible to conduct operational planning of utilization of capacity and to carry out the unrolled plan-fact analysis.
