Freedom (cosmetic company) (Logistics Manager Suite)

At the first stage of project implementation the team of consultants of a-SIS and "TLS" carried out logistic consulting with the purpose of determination and the description of the key processes performed at the factory consisting of several buildings, including the remote warehouses. The processes arising during cosmetic production, storage, preparation of orders and delivery were also analyzed. In general it allowed to build a transparent and convenient supply chain.

At the second stage of the project the software of a-SIS Logistics Manager Suite was set, at the same time special attention was paid to the following aspects:

• opportunities in real time to exchange data with the ERP system of Freedom;
• to management of a container for packaging of finished goods;
• organizations of quality control;
• to management of promoobrazets;
• optimization of rotation of loads by the principle of BBD (Best Before Date, date of termination of the validity) when goods with the minimum residual recommended term are shipped first of all;
• minimization and optimization of transactions between several production and warehouse in the territory of factory;
• to remote control of stocks (remote warehouses);
• to selection of goods directly on pallets;
• the automated printing of all necessary legal documents.

Implementation of the new software allowed to organize the fastest acceptance, a complete set and shipment of orders, to provide transparency and accuracy of accounting of warehouse processes.

Factory acceptance tests in which took part a project team from a-SIS and "TLS" and heads of warehouses of the customer became the next stage. Approbation was successfully performed in the territory of the customer, including final check of RF terminals, thermal printers, laser printers which were connected to Itsistema. The software of Logistic Manager Suite was connected to already available ERP system for the purpose of confirmation of interaction of processes in actual practice. Besides, the flexible modular framework of Logistics Manager Suite will allow to finish further a system in case of entering of significant changes into business processes of the customer. All equipment (servers, terminals, printers, etc.) was provided to the customer, the analysis and installation of Wi-Fi-network were executed on site by a team of specialists of a-SIS and "TLS".

Personnel training of Svoboda factory to work with the Logistics Manager Suite system began before its official start. To accelerate process of adaptation of employees, the special program of corporate training is used. At the same time technical support of the first level is performed directly by employees of "TLS", and the second level of support is executed by the a-SIS command.

According to the results of project implementation it is going to reach the following performance indicators:

• possibilities of tracking of stock balances of goods by a store cell, the status, an expiration date;
• more harmonious work of adjacent divisions;
• possibilities of obtaining reliable information about all actions in real time; optimization inside - and interwarehouse movements of goods;
• increases in efficiency of build process;
• decrease in quantity of errors at selection;
• optimization of distribution of human resources between objects and increases in control over employees productivity.

Such factors as stability and reliability of the Logistics Manager Suite system and also its aiming at optimization of warehouse processes and fast implementation time attract great interest of the Russian companies. Important feature of this software is existence of powerful functionality on processing of piece orders and also its capability to work with big goods flows and multibrand products.
