Internal training of BPM
More than 120 employees were trained BPM
Training is provided by Process office and is based on internal standards, the approved Agreement on business process modeling
Training includes:
- general management theory processes
- acquaintance to the methodology admitted to the companies
- accomplishment of a practical task on creation of the EPC model
As a result employees:
- broadcast the culture of process management in the divisions
- take part in development of models for optimization and automation in projects – are included as "Business experts" of the Working Groups
Results
The target business process model is created:
- The company passed from functional approach to process, the new process architecture, curators, owners of processes is approved.
- Requirements and offers to the IT system, a target organization structure are developed.
After investments into process model – the company more flexibly and quickly changes the business processes:
- modeling and approval more 200th TSELEVYKH of processes in ARIS, for implementation of the project of SAP took less than 3 months;
- creation of 150 detailed models of processes in ARIS, within the phase "Detailed Design" of the OTsO project was performed 2 months, the PGK internal resources about involvement of consultants
- there is no problem – to change / create regulations of process. In 2018 more than 200 regulations of business processes will be updated and reissued
The involvement of employees increased:
- More than 100 employees are familiar with practice of modeling in ARIS, offer changes and are ready to participation in new projects and continual process improvement which participants they are.
2014
On November 13, 2014 the BMP Logic company announced project completion of updating of the operating activity business model Freight One on the platform of ARIS technologies.
Project Tasks
Significant project task — creation of a basis for permanent increase in efficiency of internal business processes of the company, improvement of interaction with key partners.
Project Progress
Attracted BMP Logic company together with which updating of process model of activity of PGK is carried out to project implementation, more than 30 experts of the customer from different structural divisions are interviewed.
One of the first-priority directions of improvement formulated by company management - optimization of key processes of customer relations within a sales cycle and rendering services (basic processes of the commercial block), formation of the requirements to their automation necessary for the subsequent implementation of the CRM system.
Works on creation of Process office — uniform Competence Center concerning process management and creation of target process model of activity are planned (to be model).
Project Results
Less than two months are spent for execution of the project. For modeling of processes the ARIS system of version 9 from Software AG company is used.
