Market Capital Solutions Group (Moscow) – specializes in implementation of the Monitor CRM software product, in carrying out marketing researches for assessment of market perspectives of new products, forecasting of sales, development of business plans.

Key project tasks

• Creation of uniform base of contacts with clients and service providers, uniform base of accompanying documents on activity of the company;

• operational analytics of sales and control of activity of managers;

• remote access for managers and trainers to the daily log and base of clients.

Project Steps

1. Monitor CRM installation in customer relations department, in department of event and training projects.

2. Import of data on clients to the uniform customer base of "Monitor CRM".

3. Setup of the interface of the program (adaptation of the program to features of course of business processes at the enterprise).

4. Training of each employee in the individual program.
