The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed product introduction "1C: Trade Management 8", "1C: Accounting 8", "BIT:CRM 8" and connected a retail store equipment in Fuse company.
Tasks
Earlier documentation for clients prepared the accountant, but with growth of sales volumes accounting began to spend a lot of time for drawing of accounts and delivery notes. It was difficult to control products remaining balance in a warehouse, to trace the most sold goods therefore often managers, communicating with clients, used not confirmed data on existence of goods. The management needed to increase the number of regular customers therefore it was decided to create the system of discounts for buyers.
For solving of tasks of the company it is decided to implement programs "1C: Trade Management 8" "1C: Accounting 8", "BIT:CRM 8" and to connect a retail store equipment as they allow to create a single system of discounts, to control products remaining balance in a warehouse and to conduct uniform base of clients.
As the partner in implementation the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) is selected.
Result
In a project deliverable of the company it was succeeded to increase customer service quality, to automate the system of discounts, to establish relation of the central office and shops.
7 jobs are automated.
Marketing department of the company had an opportunity to keep track of efficiency of use of the marketing budget. In a project deliverable the management had an opportunity to have all necessary reporting for acceptance of effective management decisions.
