2017: Implementation "1C: Lease and real estate administration

The GAP-Arenda LLC company is the owner of business center "GAP", a business complex of the class "B". A technological system which would allow to keep all operational processes connected with leasing and operation of the real estate under control was necessary for ensuring effective management of a business complex.

For the solution of this task the product " was selected by 1C: Lease and real estate administration", developed by Elias company.

Specialists Elias helped to execute product introduction, to adapt it for accounting and management at the enterprise. In the course of work the following tasks were solved:

• Maintaining register of a real estate;
• Accounting of lease agreements with detailed parameters and characteristics of the signed agreements;
• Package formation and printing of documents on settlement with tenants (acts, invoices);
• Accounting of settlement with tenants by additional the analyst: period, object of lease, service in the agreement;
• Automation of charge of the permanent and variable rent;
• Formation of the block of the management reporting for management of lease of department;
• Creation of the original block of the management reporting on sublease;
• Possibility of setup of own printed forms of agreements and the applications to them in the MS Word format on the basis of templates connected from external files;
• Creation of an original set of the connected printed forms;
• Data transfer from the previous system in the program "1C: Lease and real estate administration".

According to information Elias, system implementation provided optimization of process management of the company. The user-friendly interface and the wide list of automatic verifications of data allowed to minimize a human factor in the course of input of primary information. There was a possibility of formation of a broad spectrum of the management reporting including unique.

The project is implemented from May to September, 2017 in time.
