The state information system "Modern Education of the Leningrad Region" (GIS SOLO) combines various functional systems of the region related to preschool, general and professional education. Its main goal is to create end-to-end processes for the exchange and management of data in the field of education in the region.

2022: Implementation of the Travel Services and Certificates subsystem

About 4 thousand schoolchildren from the Leningrad region in 2022 took part in 111 tourist trips in the region. The issuance of social certificates for tourism services for students in grades 5-9, engaged in circles and sections of the sphere of additional education, was implemented on the portal of the state information system "Modern Education of the Leningrad Region" (GIS "SOLO"). This was announced on December 16, 2022 by Netrika.

According to the company, during the implementation of the regional project "Increasing the availability of tourist products," which includes increasing the availability and popularization of tourism among school-age children, the SOLO GIS introduced a mechanism for issuing social certificates for the state service "Creating conditions in the Leningrad Region to provide certain categories of citizens with the opportunity to travel in order to develop the tourist potential of the Russian Federation."

The project was implemented by the Committee for Digital Development of the Leningrad Region (with the participation of the subordinate institution GKU LO "Operator of Electronic Government") in cooperation with the Committee for General and Professional Education of the Leningrad Region and the Committee for Culture and Tourism of the Leningrad Region. The technological partner of the project was the IT company Netrika, which is the developer of the GIS Modern Education of the Leningrad Region.

The Tourist Services and Certificates subsystem was built into the continuously functioning SOLO GIS and integrated with existing subsystems, such as the Unified Information Educational Portal, the Portal Personal Account, the Electronic School, the Organization of Additional Education, and the Digital Profile of the Student.

During the implementation of the state service for the development of school tourism from October 3 to December 1, 2022, 7753 requests from parents of students were recorded in the Tourist Services and Certificates subsystem to confirm certificates. In total, 111 tourist trips took place, in which 3,943 students of secondary schools of the Leningrad Region took part. The trips were carried out by 5 travel companies according to 188 thematic programs proposed on the SOLO GIS portal.

The Subsystem operators are provided with the possibility of forming the maximum number of certificates and a summary detailed report on the applications and services provided; tracking statistics by status of certificates ("Free," "Issued," "Ticket issued, "" Service rendered ").

2021: Plans to enable digital portfolios

Students of the Leningrad Region will be able to create digital portfolios in order to record their achievements in studies, competitions, competitions on the educational platform of the region by the end of 2021. This will simplify the provision of information about yourself when entering colleges and universities in the Leningrad Region. This was announced on July 28, 2021 by Netrika.

As of July 2021, the number of system users has already exceeded half a million. 485 kindergartens, 358 schools, more than 140 circles and sections are connected to the unified educational platform of the region, more than 7 thousand educational programs have been published in it.

The educational portal obr.lenreg.ru presents convenient digital services - from enrolling in kindergarten to getting acquainted with the labor market, career guidance and employment. As a result, the child receives support at all educational stages, which increases the quality of his education.

The number of services of a single educational portal will be increased. By December 2021, it will be possible to hold competitions among schoolchildren and teachers. With the help of the portal, users will be able to create digital portfolios of students in their personal account - to record all educational and public achievements, which will then be taken into account when entering colleges and higher educational institutions in the region.

The portal will also allow you to select a ticket to a children's camp, make a reservation and receive compensation. The registration process in kindergartens will become more transparent, the requirements for the provision of documents in paper form will decrease. Thanks to integration with the hh.ru platform, after completing career guidance, graduates will be able to immediately assess the demand for professions in the region.

2020

Complete the creation of a single digital educational space

Leningrad Region Nine subsystems of state the Modern education Leningrad Region information system (GIS SOLO) were put into commercial operation in. The company "Netrika" announced this on December 22, 2020. In addition to launching subsystems, the functionality of services was expanded and the educational portal was modernized. As a result, a single digital space appeared in the region, which united all types of educational institutions.

Nine subsystems of GIS "SOLO" were put into commercial operation, including "Electronic College," "Certification of pedagogical personnel," "Organization of additional education." This made it possible to include in the digital educational space all types of educational organizations operating in the region: kindergartens, schools, institutions of additional education, professional educational organizations.

SOLO GIS subsystems help automate processes within the organization, and also simplify the work of employees - primarily due to the fact that you no longer need to enter the same data repeatedly. Due to the interconnection of subsystems, the principle of data inheritance is observed: as soon as data enters one subsystem, it collects them into a single digital profile; at the same time, all information, including personal data, is reliably protected.

The unified information educational portal (obr.lenreg.ru/) has been modernized. It is part of the SOLO GIS - it is on it that the key capabilities of the system are presented. All services are divided into four blocks in accordance with the target classrooms: "Parents of preschoolers," "Schoolchildren and their parents," "Graduates and students," as well as "Employers and organizations."

Each audience has its own set of services. For example, parents of preschoolers can choose a kindergarten or check the status of their application; schoolchildren - look at their grades, prepare for exams or enroll in a section, decide on the future profession and understand where to go, including based on individual results of career guidance tests; and employers - offer an event, program, internship or even a vacancy at their enterprise.

An electronic form of certification is now available for teachers, where participants interact - from submitting an application by a teacher to forming a decision of the certification commission in the subsystem. Previously, certification took place either through face-to-face interaction of participants, or through the transfer of materials in e-mail.

An important event was the large-scale introduction of an electronic diary at the regional level for schoolchildren, and an electronic record for college students. The process was accompanied by support, as well as training of teachers and employees of educational institutions. In total, more than 17 thousand education specialists were trained to work with SOLO subsystems. For this, more than 150 training webinars were held.

According to the results of 2020, 378 schools, 463 kindergartens, 25 colleges, 90 additional education organizations were connected to GIS SOLO.

Training of 11 thousand teachers

The Committee of General and Professional Education of the Leningrad Region and the Netrika company trained teachers in the region to work with the state information system "Modern Education of the Leningrad Region" (GIS "SOLO"). This became known on September 9, 2020. As a result, more than 11 thousand specialists received skills.

The main goals of the project were to introduce teachers to the Electronic School subsystem of the SOLO GIS, to teach technologies for working with the Final Marks section and calendar-thematic plans (KTP). This will allow teachers to take stock of the academic year and prepare for the beginning of the next: to set final grades, get acquainted with the type and structure of an electronic classroom magazine.

The project was implemented in three weeks with the active participation of municipal coordinators. It was attended by teachers of 17 municipal districts and the Sosnovoborsk urban district, as well as specialists from special (correctional) organizations, a total of 362 schools and 11 branches. In addition, teachers from four new and two private schools were trained.

The start of the work of the GIS "Modern Education of the Leningrad Region"

On March 10, 2020, Netrika announced that the state information system "Modern Education of the Leningrad Region" ("SOLO") was launched for residents of the Leningrad Region. It combines all the functional systems of the region related to preschool, general and professional education. The development of GIS "SOLO" was an important step in creating a unified information environment for all participants in the educational ecosystem of the region: students, their parents, teachers and representatives of management bodies.

The customer of the state information system "SOLO" was the Committee for Digital Development of the Leningrad Region in the person of GKU LO "Electronic Government Operator," and the general contractor was Netrika Group of Companies.

The key goal of the digital educational platform is to create end-to-end processes for the exchange and management of data in the field of education of the Leningrad Region. In 2019, GIS "SOLO" united 478 kindergartens, 358 schools, more than 140 circles and sections, 46 colleges and more than 7,000 educational programs into a holistic information space.

Opportunities for individual selection of educational programs are available to parents, schoolchildren and students; electronic recording in circles, sections and events; building individual trajectories for the development of children and youth. The region is provided with a full range of opportunities for conducting early career guidance for schoolchildren: passing vocational diagnostic tests, receiving online consultations from the best regional mentors in the field of education, acquaintance with professions and leading employers of the Leningrad Region, selection of practices and internships.

GIS capabilities also include expanding public services in the field of education and automating the accounting activities of schools in the Leningrad Region. This made it possible to optimize the work of education employees by automating certain types of work and tasks, minimizing duplication of work, including data entry, and refusing to work with paper media.
