IconRPA is used to optimize the entry of large amounts of information into the client billing subsystem with the ever-increasing load on ERA Monitoring. IconRPA, in particular, ensures the collection and transmission of reliable data on the movement of vehicles for the transportation of passengers and dangerous goods in accordance with the requirements of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 22.12.2020 No. 2216. The information allows fleet owners and supervisors to improve the safety and efficiency of transportation.

As of August 2022, more than 160 thousand vehicles are connected to the platform. The increase in registration since the beginning of 2022 exceeded 60 thousand cars. An average of 1.5 thousand cars are connected to the system weekly. The increased demand for ERA Monitoring is caused by the increased activity of regional passenger carriers and the massive transition of Russian logistics companies to a domestic solution for monitoring transport after leaving the market of foreign providers.

Previously, payment for services by counterparties of ERA Monitoring was carried out without integration with a personal account for data exchange. The Russian IconRPA platform successfully coped with the task of complete automation of a complex multi-level process.

The integration of robots into the business process and the development of basic scenarios took only about a month. Within a few more weeks, the solution was scaled and the number of scenarios increased to five. This made it possible to optimize the work of the subscriber department in a short time and redistribute the company's resources.
