GP Stroyservice Ltd automated document flow based on EDMS PayDox

Stroyservice Ltd, one of the largest coal-mining companies of the Kemerovo region, successfully uses an electronic document management system and business process managements of PayDox for two years.

In February, 2011 the new enterprise of group — JSC Gubakhinsky koks joined an implementation project of electronic document management based on PayDox. Now in a system more than 300 users from different divisions of the company actively work.

On a stage of the choice of EDMS before Stroyservice group of companies there were problems of optimization of work of users with a large number of documents and ensuring effective interaction of staff of territorially remote offices of the company. System implementation of electronic document management of PayDox allowed to reduce terms of approval and the approval of important documents, to exclude their losses, to accelerate search and also to provide control of execution of instructions and tasks.

The high functionality and flexibility of the PayDox system allowed to automate document flow of the company in a short time and with the minimum costs.

Stroyservice Ltd plans expansion of use of functionality PayDox at other enterprises of the company.
