Choosing a Solution

For automation of payroll and also maintaining personnel and accounting representatives of GRS Development company addressed to Soft-Unity – to the reliable and proved in the market of 1C franchisee. Among wishes of heads of the Client the following was designated:

• the program should be scalable as expansion of departments of accounting and the personnel is supposed;

For the solution of assigned tasks PROF versions of popular software products of 1C company were offered: "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". Both configurations are used in hundreds of the organizations in Russia and abroad and proved as effective solutions for business automation.

Project Progress

In appointed day service engineers of Soft-Unity set both configurations on all jobs of users at office of the Client, conducted an initial training course for personnel, tested and customized a system according to the customer's wishes. Implementation "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" successfully resolved an issue of automation of HR and accounting department.

Result

Accounting specialists noted decrease in labor costs on reporting as these processes were completely automated. HR specialists liked a user-friendly interface of a system in which without effort it is possible to see all data on employees. Thanks to automation of payroll calculation the quantity of intermittent errors decreased. In general the management noted the increased efficiency of both services that positively affected efficiency of the company in general.
