The Galex scientific and technological center completed the project on implementation of a specialized system of customer service based on the equipment Damascus in Biysk-Avto LLC - the official dealer Lada, Ford and Toyota in the city of Biysk. The modern motor show should make a due impression on visitors. Demonstration of the interactive presentations, an opportunity most to collect a car in the necessary complete set and at once to learn the price and delivery dates, fast execution of all documentation on already selected car and also many other multimedia opportunities are here the factors promoting adoption of the solution by the client for benefit of cooperation with this or that company. Within project implementation 3 jobs on document creation on cars are automated. A system is started with basic functionality: setting of the client in queue, a call of clients in turn or by number of a talonchik with a possibility of redirection of the client to other operator, the composer of the basic reporting. Test observations showed that implementation of a specialized system of customer service allowed Biysk-Avto LLC to automate completely workflow, to increase quality and service rate of clients and also to improve conditions and efficiency of personnel.
