2025: Introduction of BIT.Finans.Holding

Thanks to the automation of treasury and budgeting processes, it was possible to create a single information loop and optimize the company's financial processes. This made it possible to reduce resource costs and operating activities by 15-20%.

Also, the labor costs of the finance department decreased by 40%, and the time for receiving reports decreased by 35%. Garati LLC manages private investor projects and covers various types of business - from production to trading. Previously, the customer kept management records in the foreign system with the EUR currency. Accounting and tax accounting were maintained in separate programs "1C: Accounting CORP" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management," which were not related to each other. Some financial transactions were performed manually in spreadsheets.

The main goal was to replace Western software with Russian software and create a single database. Specialists of the IT integrator "First Bit" combined accounting for several companies in "BIT.FINANCE/Holding," which helped structure management analytics and reporting and made information more accessible to specialists.

In total, 10 data databases of regulated accounting were combined, management analytical data were loaded, work with applications and payments was set up, analytical reporting and printing forms were developed. The specialists set up BDR and BDDS, implemented a mechanism for calculating bonus charges to managers, integrated the IFRS chart of accounts, set up intra-group turnover and conducted user training.

A feature of the project was the need to restructure users from primary management accounting to primary accounting in regulated subsystems of accounting and tax accounting.
