The project for the implementation of the communication platform was implemented by the internal IT team of Garda with the consulting and technical support of MyOffice specialists.
To organize internal communications that meet high security standards, Garda has chosen the Squadus PRO messenger, which provides separation of administration, encryption of conversations and an advanced logging system. The solution fully meets data protection requirements and meets the principles of digital sovereignty.
As part of the project, Garda specialists independently implemented the platform, and the MyOffice team provided comprehensive support at all stages of the project and organized training for more than 600 employees. The implementation was accompanied by a pilot deployment in the test loop with verification of integration capabilities and fault tolerance. Some of the settings were made with the participation of ICL Services. The implementation allowed Garda not only to maintain its usual functionality, but also to increase the level of security of corporate communications. The independent implementation of the solution allowed the Garda team to adapt the product to the internal processes of the company as much as possible.
