Gazprom Energoholding starts creation of an information and analytical system

The INFOPRO group became the winner in tender on the project of automation of Gazprom Energoholding LLC using software "to INFOPRO: Planning of the modes", the press service of integrator reported on March 29, 2013.

Background

Program implementation of increase in energy efficiency regarding performance management of use of fuel in Gazprom Energoholding LLC according to the federal law of the Russian Federation N 261-FZ "About energy saving and about increase in power efficiency..." demanded creation of the information and analytical system allowing to unify, consolidate and systematize production and technical and economic indicators of work of stations. In addition, the problem of carrying out systems, alternative and timing analysis of indicators, developments of solutions for increase in efficiency of activity and control of results of the held events is relevant. The technology for automation of these processes was required.

Based on the tender of Gazprom Energoholding LLC the offer of INFOPRO Group was the most competitive. A system will be created on the basis of a software package "by INFOPRO: Planning of the modes".

Plans and expectations

Works should be carried out in six steps. The expected result from implementation of an automated system:

• uniform structured storage of indicators of work of stations of holding;

• control over activity of the stations branches of the company;

• analytical work with the large volume of data;

• simplification of process of formation and acceleration of submission of the corporate reporting to the guide to all types of calculations and analyses;

• use of the modern computer technologies covering all range of tasks - from input of initial parameters before obtaining reporting documents;

• reduction of volume of paper document flow.
