2017: Implementation of "1C: ERP + PM Project Organization Management 2"

In January 2017, it became known about the completion of the project for the implementation of "1C: ERP + PM Management of the Design Organization 2" in Gazprom Design LLC.

According to the company, a significant increase in the scope of the Company's activities necessitated the use of a software product to effectively manage the planning of the main activities and monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations of Gazprom Design LLC.

The implementation of large-scale projects of PJSC Gazprom revealed the need to bring design and engineering in the oil and gas industry to the next level. It was for this purpose that in 2015 a decision was made to consolidate the Gazprom Group's project assets on the basis of Gazprom Design LLC.

The key tasks in reforming the project complex are optimization of the quality of project documentation, optimization of the economic efficiency of investment projects, modernization of production funds, as well as the introduction of modern systems for automating project activities using innovative approaches.

Implementation of the set goals and objectives is carried out by Gazprom Design LLC in partnership with the leading design organizations of Gazprom PJSC: JSC Gazprom promgaz(g) Moscow , JSC "" Giprospetsgaz(g), St. Petersburg PJSC "" (g VNIPIgazdobycha), JSC Saratov "" (g)Giprogaztsentr, LLC Nizhny Novgorod "" (g), TyumenNIIgiprogaz JSC " Tyumen CKBN" (g), OJSC " Podolsk SevKavNIPIgas" (g). In December 2015, the activities of Gazprom Design LLC were significantly scaled up, in particular:

• The number of personnel of the Company's structural and separate divisions amounted to more than 2900 people.
• The number of payment orders is more than 350 pieces per month.
• The number of applications is about 270 pieces, of which 10 pieces were returned for revision.
• The number of contractual documents per month - up to 200 pieces.
• The number of processed documents per month is more than 800 pcs. (work acceptance certificates, delivery notes, etc.).

The increase in the scope of the Company's activities continued, it became necessary to use a software product to effectively manage the planning of the main activities and monitor the fulfillment of the Company's contractual obligations. The choice was made in favor of "1C:ERP+ PM Management of the Project Organization 2," developed by ITLand and the company 1C"."

As part of the project to implement an automated system based on 1C: ERP + PM Project Organization Management 2, ITLand carried out the following works:

• Delivery of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP + PM Project Organization Management 2, "industry and platform licenses.
• Collection of functional requirements.
• Development of information system architecture, which includes the following blocks:
  • Registration of projects (topics);
  • Formation, approval and conclusion of contracts;
  • Support of work acceptance under contracts;
  • Adjustment and control of the implementation of the thematic plan.
