Gazprom Neft implements management tools business processes

On June 25, 2014 the BMP Logic company announced project completion on creation of a corporate system of modeling, the analysis and business process management for Gazprom Neft.

Project Results

For increase in efficiency of process management, by request Gazprom Neft, the uniform methodology of modeling of elements of business architecture of the company, including such data domains as business processes, an organization structure, the purposes, indicators, documents, etc. is developed.

The information system ARIS of Software AG company is implemented and customized.

Conceptual approach, perspective tasks of the organization, control and distribution of the received results on activity of the operating units which are engaged in business process management at the level of blocks of the corporate center and DZO are defined.
