2020: Implementation of engineering and multimedia solutions

The Network Solutions Center of Jet Infosystems has implemented engineering and multimedia solutions in the agile office of the Gazprom Neft Scientific and Technical Center. This was announced on October 12, 2020 by the Jet Infosystems company.

Within the framework of the project, specialists used the principle of versatility and interchangeability - technical means and multimedia solutions are organically integrated into a single ecosystem, and different working areas are connected by a transit zone. On 1456 sq. m. Office created standard and flexible workplaces for employees, several coworking areas for project teams (from 10 to 100 people), a transformable lecture hall for training with 150 seats and a forum for video presentations.

Creating a modern agile office based on advanced multimedia solutions seems to be more exciting and easier, "comments Ilya Pekhov, senior project manager at the Jet Infosystems Network Solutions Center. - But the more airy and easier the project looks, the more unusual it is implemented in practice. In our case, engineering communications were in sight and were part of a kind of industrial design, which imposed serious requirements on the appearance of technical elements, which are usually hidden from view. Another non-standard solution during the project was the dust-free "operating room," in which we mounted expensive multimedia equipment, working in parallel with construction work. Together we made a beautiful and technically advanced office, and all this in one year. I am sure people will enjoy working in it.

The Jet Infosystems specialists equipped teamwork zones with thin-joint (0.6 mm) frameless LCD video walls with automatic alignment, as well as ceiling microphones and wireless acoustics, built-in simultaneous translation systems with three languages ​ ​ and interactive smart displays. The congress hall, lecture hall and forum, if necessary, are rebuilt to the type of event. For example, the space of the multifunctional area of ​ ​ the lecture hall can be transformed from a study area into an exhibition room, a hall for 50 people or a meeting room for holding meetings and conferences at the representative level, including in a remote format.

In the transformation rooms, the IT company installed video cameras with the function of automatic pointing at the speaker, as well as laser projectors lowered from the ceiling on automatic elevators. In addition, the specialists introduced an electronic booking system and provided for the possibility of video recording of up to three events taking place.

Service management is fully automated and does not distract NTC employees from their work activities. The office provides for the possibility of using background audio support, which creates a comfortable working environment and levels noise from other zones. All equipment is connected to uninterrupted power supply systems, and presence sensors built into the lighting system are installed for smart consumption of energy resources.

The project also uses flexible switching of video and audio signals over the Extron NAV network. This solution allows employees to organize VKS meetings, planning meetings in any office space, without reference to the desktop.
