Gazprom Neft completed personel assessment system implementation

The IBS HyperMethod company is announced in the fall of 2012 by the winner of the tender for development of the system of distance learning and personel assessment of the enterprises of oil products supply of JSC Gazprom Neft.

Within cooperation works on creation of an automated system of distance learning of staff of gas station and the system of assessment of heads, specialists, employees and also external candidates of JSC Gazprom Neft are planned. Creation and system implementation will be performed based on software solutions eLearning 4G in 2012-13.

On January 20, 2015 it became known of end by HyperMethod company of the project on implementation of an electronic system of personel assessment of Assessment Tools (on the eLearning 4G platform) for affiliated enterprises of Directorate of regional sales of JSC Gazprom Neft.

From the moment of completion of implementation of 4 thousand staff of the company passed assessment in a system.

Olga Muzaleva, the head of training and personnel development of DRP JSC Gazprom Neft, noted: "Each project participant should understand that a system not just allows to put down job evaluation in a year and to determine the bonus size. First of all, it is a key to self-development of each employee".
