EAE-Consult and EveryTag executed the joint project on upgrade of electronic archive of documents of PJSC Gazprom Neft

On December 25, 2018 the EAE-Consult company reported that together with EveryTag implemented in PJSC Gazprom Neft the project on upgrade of processes of transfer on archive storage of the contractual documents signed with the electronic signature.

According to the company, for December, 2018 the project team managed to pass all stages of creation of a system with observance of the strict standards of project implementation admitted to PJSC Gazprom Neft: from problem definition and development of the project documentation, before solution deployment in production environment and user trainings.

The solution deployed based on the IBM FileNet platform partially automates management of lifecycle of electronic contractual documents – transfer on archive storage, accounting, destruction after storage lives, verification of the electronic signature. The platform provides long-term storage, document classification of different types and if necessary allows to provide quickly documents from archive for ensuring business processes.

The realization of a program part of the project was enabled by the staff of EveryTag company. Specialists of EAE-Consult LLC performed works on collecting and requirement analysis, development of the project documentation. The packet of operational documentation according to internal standards of the customer was developed and it is demonstrated the solution to end users.

Implementation of the business application simplified work and lowered labor costs of staff of PJSC Gazprom Neft in storage areas and archiving of documents.

The joint project with EveryTag company for the benefit of PJSC Gazprom Neft is useful and interesting to us that it allowed to get acquainted with vision and standards of project activity in one of the largest oil companies. In the project for Gazprom Neft which we performed together with EAE-Consult the accent is delivered on optimization and simplification of archiving of electronic contractual documents. For December, 2018, thanks to the fact that we automated a number of procedures, the contractual documents posted by transfer signed with the electronic signature for archive storage our customer had an opportunity to get rid of excess routine work.
